Country Ribbon BBQ Rub

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 TBSP chili powder
2 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP ground cumin
1 TSP cayenne pepper
1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP dry mustard
2 TSP salt
2 TSP pepper

  • Mix, and store in an airtight container. To use, coat all skin thoroughly, avoiding exposed meat.
