Blue cheese dip
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 TBSP dry)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 TBSP lemon juice
1TBSP white vinegar
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients.
